Treatments

My massage style is deep tissue Swedish massage. I am also trained in remedial massage and incorporate some remedial work in my treatments.

I offer general relaxation treatments as well as specific treatments for problem areas. All treatments are carried out in a relaxed, comfortable clinical environment. First time clients will have a brief case history taken and we will agree a treatment plan. You will then be left to undress and get comfortable. Throughout the treatment all areas of the body not being worked on will be covered with a towel.

During the massage I will check that you are comfortable and that you are happy with the pressure I'm using. By the end of the massage you will feel relaxed and uplifted.

All treatments are carried out on an appointment only basis. I am based in Aldagte, London E1, close to London Underground (Aldgate and Aldgate East) and Docklands Light Rail (Tower Gateway). Out visits are subject to an additional charge.
